I’m drawn to the little things that make a person feel like a person. The way someone looks at the person they love, a hand reaching for another, a kid getting completely lost in their curiosity, or an expression that only lasts for half a second. My approach to portraiture is mostly documentary, with just enough direction to give the images intention. I’m not looking for perfection. I’m looking for the pieces of your life that already mean something, composed in a way that makes you want to keep looking.
